Feeling better - Homeopathy myths
Happy New Year to you all, I hope you all had a wonderful happy and healthy Christmas too. I have to say it’s great to get back to work, to seeing clients and making plans for the rest of the year.
For anyone interested I’m running a competition over on Instagram and Facebook. The prize includes a 36 remedy kit from Helios pharmacy and a consultation with me so spread the word to anyone interested.
I’m hoping this year to teach more classes with Niamh O Neill as well as have more educational content online on Homeopathy and its history, origins, uses, benefits, protocols, its many forms, case studies, testimonials and general advice, if there’s anything specific that you’d like to know please do get in touch.
I wanted to discuss a couple of myths regarding Homeopathy -
1. Homeopathy is slow to act
It is excellent for treating acute conditions like fevers, diarrhea, infections quickly, for chronic complaints it can take a little longer to cure as conditions are more complicated, similar to pharmaceutical medications
2. Homeopathy is placebo
The production of Homeopathic remedies involves using crude natural substances that are then ultra diluted, this potentising enables the remedies to stimulate the immune system to encourage a healing effect. All homeopathic remedies are proven effective on humans before being used as medications
3. Homeopathy cannot be used with conventional medications
Homeopathy is a complementary therapy, many clients are already on some form of medication when they come to see a homeopath, remedies work on a different molecular level within the body, if conventional meds interfere with remedies the homeopath can adjust the dose accordingly.

Looking forward to the year ahead, wishing you all a happy, healthy and prosperous one.
Thanks for your time
